Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ABCO LLC ("ABCO Advisors," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit abcoadvisors.com, buy our products, book a session or contact us.

We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to serve you, we don't sell your information, and you can reach out anytime with questions.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • When you buy something: your name, email address, billing address and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.

  • When you sign up for a freebie or our emails: your name, email address and the type of business you run.

  • When you book a session: your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you share in the booking form.

  • When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, basic technical information is collected through cookies and similar tools. This can include your browser type, device, general location (city or region), the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site.

During a Done With You session: You'll share your screen with us on Google Meet. We'll see whatever is on your screen during the call, so please close anything private first. We don't record sessions [unless we ask for and receive your permission first], and we never ask for or store your passwords.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process your order and deliver your download

  • Schedule and run your Done With You session, and send your recap

  • Answer your questions and provide customer support

  • Send you the freebie you requested and occasional helpful emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

  • Understand how people use our website so we can improve it

  • Meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

Cookies are small files your browser saves to help websites work and remember things. We use them to keep our store and checkout running, understand how visitors use our site, and, if we run ads, measure how they perform.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work properly. Where required, our site will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. Our emails

If you buy from us or sign up for a freebie, we may send you helpful tips and updates about our products and services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime. Order confirmations and session-related emails will still come through, since they're about something you bought.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Order records are generally kept for [7] years for tax purposes. If you unsubscribe from our emails, we'll stop emailing you but may keep a record of your opt-out so we respect it.

8. How we protect it

We use trusted, secure platforms for our website, payments and email, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the personal information we have about you

  • Correct anything that's wrong

  • Delete your information, unless we're required to keep it

  • Stop sending you marketing emails
