We know life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Done With You session, please do it at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can reschedule right from your booking confirmation email. Your session ends at its scheduled time, so arriving late shortens our time together. If you're more than 10 minutes late without letting us know, we'll treat it as a missed session. We'll offer a one-time courtesy reschedule. After that, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and will not be refunded.
