Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our checklists are digital products you can download right away, and our Done With You sessions reserve time on our calendar just for you, we don’t offer refunds on any purchase.

Digital products: Once your download link is delivered, the purchase can’t be refunded or exchanged. If your file doesn’t download or open correctly, email us at consult@abcoadvisors.com and we’ll send you a fresh copy right away.

Done With You sessions: Sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do it at least 24 hours before your scheduled time using the link in your booking confirmation email. We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule. After that, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited.

Charged twice by mistake? Reach out within 7 days and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
