Terms of Service

1. Welcome and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of abcoadvisors.com and to any product or service you buy from ABCO LLC ("ABCO Advisors," "we," "us" or "our"). That includes our digital downloads, like the No-Sweat SEO Checklist, and our Done With You sessions.

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to make a purchase. If you're buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Products, purchases and delivery

What we sell. We offer digital products, such as checklists and guides, and live Done With You sessions held over Google Meet. Each product page describes what's included.

Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in US dollars and are due in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our website's checkout provider, and we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already paid for.

Delivery of digital products. After checkout, you'll receive an email with a link to download your files. Download links may expire after a set period, so please save your files right away. If you have trouble downloading, email us and we'll send a fresh copy.

Accuracy. We work hard to keep product descriptions accurate. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it and will contact you about any affected order.

3. Your license to use our digital products

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. ABCO Advisors keeps ownership of all content, including the text, design, graphics and logos.

You may:

  • Use the product for one business that you own or operate

  • Print copies for your own use and for your own team

  • Fill it out and save your progress

You may not:

  • Share, resell, give away or post the file or its contents, in whole or in part

  • Use it to deliver services to your own clients or teach it as your own material

  • Remove or change our branding or copyright notices

  • Use our content to train or create competing products

If you'd like to use our materials with multiple businesses or clients, email us about a license that fits.

4. Done With You sessions

What's included. A Done With You session is one live 30-minute video call on Google Meet. Support is limited to that 30-minute window, and sessions end at their scheduled time.

Before you book. Sessions are designed for people who have already worked through the No-Sweat SEO Checklist as best they can. We'll use the time to help you finish the steps you got stuck on, not to start from scratch.

Booking. After purchase, you'll receive your booking link. Sessions are subject to availability. Please book within 30 days of purchase.

During the session. You'll share your screen and make changes on your own accounts while we guide you. Please join from a computer and have your website and Google Business Profile logins ready. You stay in control of your accounts and passwords at all times. We won't ask you to share your passwords, and we don't store them. Any changes made during the session are made by you, on your accounts.

Cancellations and rescheduling. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session using the link in your booking confirmation. We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule. If you're more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session counts as missed. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds on digital products or Done With You sessions. If your file doesn't download correctly, email us and we'll send a fresh copy. If you're charged twice for the same order by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund the duplicate charge.

6. No guaranteed results

Our products and sessions share practical steps that commonly help businesses show up on Google and in AI tools. But search engines and AI platforms decide for themselves what to show and recommend, and they change how they work often. We can't guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, recommendation, lead or sales result. Your results depend on your business, your market, your competition and how you apply the information.

7. Third-party platforms

Our materials and sessions reference tools run by other companies, such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and website builders like Squarespace. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless we say so. Their features, rules and prices can change at any time, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our products and services are provided "as is" for general educational purposes. They're not legal, tax or financial advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ABCO Advisors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of our website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accounts, websites and listings you manage, and for any changes you make to them, including changes made during a Done With You session. You agree to hold ABCO Advisors harmless from claims arising from your use of our materials or your violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

We collect the information you provide at checkout, through our forms and when you book a session, such as your name, email and business details. We use it to deliver your purchase, run your session, and send you helpful emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We don't sell your information. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. The version in place when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless the law requires otherwise.
